- Chat conversations are processed in real time to generate responses. Conversation history is held in your browser session only and is not stored on Aspire CCS servers.
- Template files uploaded to Aspire Navigator for analysis are processed transiently by the AI model. File contents are not stored, retained, or used for model training.

6. Sharing Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: HubSpot (CRM and email), Anthropic (AI processing), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and other processors acting on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements
- Legal requirements: Where we are required to disclose data by law, court order, or regulatory authority
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction
