1. Our Commitment
Aspire CCS is committed to making its website, research, and intelligence services accessible to as wide an audience as possible, including people with disabilities. We recognise that accessibility is both a professional obligation and a quality benchmark we hold ourselves to as a firm whose own research includes accessibility in customer communications.
“Aspire CCS”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this document refer collectively to Aspire CCS Ltd (United Kingdom), Aspire CCS B.V. (Netherlands), and Aspire CCS Inc. (United States), as appropriate to the activity and jurisdiction. Registered offices and company numbers are: Aspire CCS Ltd, Arlington House, Maldon CM9 6FF, United Kingdom, Companies House registration number 09828535; Aspire CCS B.V., Zeverijnstraat 6, 1216 GK Hilversum, The Netherlands, KvK number 76880591; and Aspire CCS Inc., 700 Commerce Drive, Suite 500, Oak Brook, IL 60523, United States, incorporated in Delaware. Where this document refers to a specific entity, that entity is identified by name.
2. Conformance Status
This Website is designed to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. There are three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. Level AA is the international benchmark commonly applied to commercial websites.
This statement was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of this page. We have not commissioned an external accessibility audit; our conformance claim is based on internal review. We intend to commission an independent audit and will update this statement with the findings.
3. Steps We Have Taken
- Use of semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to support assistive technologies including screen readers.
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background, tested against WCAG 2.1 contrast ratios.
- Keyboard navigability across primary navigation and interactive elements.
- Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
- Headings used in a logical, sequential order to convey document structure.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging.
- The Aspire Intelligence AI assistant is operable by keyboard and announces its state to assistive technologies via ARIA attributes.
4. Known Issues
We are aware of the following areas where conformance may be incomplete and are working to address them:
- Some interactive framework visualisations (including the Omnichannel Wheel, the maturity arc, and the CCM market visualisations) rely on SVG-based interactions. We are reviewing keyboard-accessible alternative views and text equivalents for these components.
- Embedded reports and downloadable PDFs may not yet be fully tagged for screen-reader accessibility. We are reviewing our PDF production workflow to address this.
- Video content, where used, may not yet carry captions or transcripts. We are reviewing this.
Additional issues identified through external audit will be listed here once that audit is complete. Note: an external WCAG 2.1 AA audit is scheduled prior to the live launch and findings will be published here once available.
5. Compatible Technologies
The Website has been designed for, and is regularly tested against, current major browsers and assistive technologies, including:
- Recent versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS.
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows.
- Talkback on Android.
We make reasonable efforts to support older browsers but cannot guarantee identical functionality.
6. Feedback and Contact
If you experience any difficulty in accessing content on the Website, or have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you. Please contact info@aspireccs.com and we will aim to respond within five working days.
If you have a specific accessibility need that prevents you from accessing content, we will provide reasonable alternative arrangements where practicable, including supplying content in alternative formats on request.
7. Enforcement
Aspire CCS is a private-sector organisation and is not subject to the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 in the United Kingdom. We nonetheless aim to meet the substantive standards of those Regulations as a matter of best practice.
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) in the United Kingdom is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010. You can contact the EHRC via equalityadvisoryservice.com.
