Vendors plotted across two axes: their Capability today, and the Strategy they're betting on. Position movements over time tell the real market story.

Each vendor is scored against nine capability dimensions and assessed on strategic direction — product roadmap, market focus, partnership network, and execution. Capability and strategy scores plot vendors into one of four quadrants: Leaders, Challengers, Emerging, or Specialists. Positions are reassessed continuously — vendors submit briefing updates whenever there's a material change, and our analysts revisit scoring against new evidence. Movement over time is published alongside the live ranking — arguably the most useful signal the Leaderboard offers.
