- The Aspire CCM Maturity Model™ — the 9-dimension, 5-level maturity benchmark.
- The Aspire 5 Stages of CXM Maturity™ — the strategic-evolution framework from CCM 1.0 to autonomous CXM.
“Aspire CCS”, “Aspire Intelligence”, “Aspire Navigator”, and “Aspire Leaderboard” are trade marks of Aspire CCS. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
You may view, print, and download extracts from the Website for personal and non-commercial reference only, provided that copyright and trade-mark notices are preserved. All other use, including reproduction in commercial publications or training of machine-learning systems, requires our prior written consent.
4. The Aspire Intelligence AI Assistant
Aspire Intelligence is an artificial-intelligence assistant trained on Aspire CCS’s research, frameworks, and analyst commentary. It is provided as an information service. By using the assistant you acknowledge that:
- Responses are generated by an AI language model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
- Responses are not a substitute for professional advice. Before making any commercial, technical, regulatory, or investment decision based on information from the assistant, you should consult Aspire CCS analysts or an appropriately qualified professional.
- You should not enter confidential or highly sensitive information into the assistant. Inputs are transmitted to our AI infrastructure provider for processing.
- Aspire CCS does not retain assistant conversation history beyond your browser session, save where you submit a follow-up form to us.
5. Information on the Website
Aspire CCS aims to publish accurate and up-to-date information on the Website, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that information on the Website is accurate, complete, or current. Information is provided for general guidance and does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice.
